There has been a lot going on in recent weeks on the New Silk Road rail corridor between Asia and Europe. DB Cargo Eurasia is therefore also using the alternative route between Kaliningrad and Rostock, among other things, in order to bypass the currently tense congestion situation at Malaszewicze/Brest and get the goods to their destination by rail as quickly as possible.
The departure of the 1st train between Yiwu and Rostock took place on 29.07.2021. On 19.08. the train was received in Rostock.
