Current information: Covid-19: Currently no restrictions with DB Cargo Eurasia Service

We would like to give you a brief update on the operational situation and our service at DB Cargo Eurasia with regard to the effects of the coronavirus in Europe:

Currently, no DB Cargo Eurasia transports are affected.

As DB Cargo Eurasia, we continue to offer you a secure interface for your shipments on the Eurasian Corridor. All our transports can currently be operated without restrictions. Our container trains are stable and uninterrupted. Both the Chinese and EU border crossings are maintained in regular operating mode. European terminals in Malaszewicze, Duisburg, Hamburg, Nuremberg etc. continue to maintain their operational processes. No restrictions on rail freight services have been announced and DB Cargo Eurasia continues to offer the planned weekly departures.

Our teams in Berlin, Malaszewicze, Moscow and Shanghai continue to work 24/7 for you. Our teams in Berlin and Moscow are currently operating from their home offices as a precautionary measure. We are always happy to assist you by email, telephone or video call and will make the necessary efforts to provide you with our full service. Internally, we exchange information on current developments at local, national and international level several times a day in conference calls and work teams to ensure our operation in the network and on the international corridors. If there are any changes, we will inform you immediately about the developments.
