DBCE management visits China

From 19 to 30 August 2019, our Managing Directors, Mr Carsten Hinne and Mr Uwe Leuschner, were on a business trip to China to strengthen the existing partnerships with the Chinese logistics platforms and to attend various meetings in person.

The most important results are summarised below:

1. Participation in the 4th meeting of the Working Group 7 Railways in Lianyungangwith good conversations.
2. Meeting with Xi'an ITL Group with the agreement to plant a tree in Xi'an for every new train implemented by DB Cargo Eurasia and Xi'an.
3. Meeting with Chongqing with good conversations for the expansion of transports in the 2nd half of 2019.
4. Meeting with the Vice Mayor of Hefei for cooperation between the city government and DB Cargo Eurasia.
5. Meeting with Chengdu with good conversations for an increase in volume in the second half of 2019.
